PT Astra Daihatsu Motor is a part of automotive business units of PT Astra International Tbk. The Company headquartered in Jakarta and since 1998 operates 4 factories, including machinery, steel plate stamping plant, aluminum casting, and assembly. In May 2011, PT Astra Daihatsu Motor started to build a new plant in Industrial Estate Suryacipta East Karawang West Java with production capacity of 100,000 units per year and expected to start the production at year end of 2012.

General Requirements

• D3 Industial Engineering, MS Office (1)
• D3 Accounting, Management, Informatics, SAP, MS Excel, PPT, Word (2)
• D3 Automotive/Industrial Engineering, MS Office, Driver (3)
• D3 Mechanical Engineering, Mastering in CAD Software (4)
• D3 Graphic Design, Adobe Photoshop, Corel, MS Office (6)
• D3 Engineering, Computer, Excell Master, Drive (7)
• D3 Mechanical/Electro Engineering, teaching skill (8)
• D3 Japanesse/English Literature, Ms Office, Communication skill (9)
• D3 all Engineering, good technical drawing skill, driving, automotive (10)
• Min GPA 2.90 (scale of 4)
• Preferably of age are max. 27 years-old
• Show evidence of good level in English both oral & written (preferably those with TOEFL score min. 450).
• Ready to be placed in ADM's plant / factory in Jakarta, Karawang, or Cibitung.
• Computer literate (min. Ms Office).
• Having extensive experience in organization is an advantage.
• Exhibit good leadership & interpersonal skill.
• Willing to work with day/night shift system
• Interested in automotive industry
• Fluent in Japanese language is an advantages
