1. The Commercial Banking Development Program (COMBADP)
2. The Syariah Banking Development Program  (SBDP)

Requirements :

• Master Degree or Bachelor Degree with GPA min. 3,00
• Single, max. 27 years old.
• Demontrate the following qualities : leadership, strong desire to learn, high energy, enthusiasm and drive, self motivated, sales drive,strong interpersonal & communication skill
• Willing to be placed in all Bank CIMB Niaga’s Outlet around Indonesia Area.
• Good communication and have a good performance.
• Professional appearance, enthusiasm and high achievement motivation
• Have an ability to work in team, integrity, a logic thinking
