• Min Bachelor Degree (S1) from any majors
• GPA min 3.00
• Willing to follow education in Jakarta and placed in all branches of Bank Syariah Bukopin 
• Maximum age 27 years old, not married
• Willing to undergo a bond for a period of 5 years
