PT Kaltim Prima Coal - KPC is a reputable coal mining company in Indonesia which is rapidly growing. The Company has been operating in Indonesia since 1982 and based in East Kutai Regency - East Kalimantan. The Company owns 90,938 hectares of mining concessions in Sangatta and Bengalon in the East Kalimantan. PT Kaltim Prima Coal is as a part subsidiary company of PT Bumi Resources Tbk. In 2011, KPC received Aditama Award from the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources for managing mining surroundings. Based on PT Bumi Resources Tbk Annual Report 2012, PT Kaltim Prima Coal reached significant performance in 2012. KPC reported total coal production at Sangatta and Bengalon amounted to 41.0 million tonnes, up from 40.5 million tonnes in 2011.

Graduate Development Program 2013

1. Graduate - Control System (Code : GDP CONTROL) :
• S1 Physics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Instrumentation
2. Graduate - Electrical Engineering (Code : GDP ELECTRICAL)
• S1 Electrical Engineering
3. Graduate - Human Resources Management (Code : GDP HR)
• S1 Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or Industrial Engineering

General Requirements

• Hold and S1/S2 degree in the disciplines indicated above
• Not older than 25 years (for S1) or 28 years (for S1) of age in the year of admittance
• Posses a minimum cummulative GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 grade scale (for S1) or 3.25 on a 4.00 grade scale (for S2)
• Proficient in English (minimum at Intermediate level)
• Those waiting for graduation in June 2013 are welcome to apply
