Requirements

• Min. D3/S1 majoring in Agriculture, Forestry, Accounting, Engineering with min GPA 2.75
• Max age 28 years old
• Not married
• Have a good leadership skill, able to work in a team, honest, disciplined, responsible
• Have a high motivated to succeed
• Willing to stay and placed in all operation units of Sampoerna Agro across Indonesia
• Willing to follow the educational program and undergo a bond
