Politeknik Kesehatan Kementerian Kesehatan Surabaya - Poltekkes Kemenkes Surabaya is a health education institution under the Ministry of Health of Republic Indonesia based in Surabaya East Java. Poltekkes Kemenkes Surabaya headquartered in Jl Pucang Jajar Tengah 56 Surabaya and supprted by 12 campusess in 6 cities across East Java, namely Surabaya, Sidoarjo, Tuban, Magetan, Bangkalan, and Madiun. Poltekkes Kemenkes Surabaya was established in 2001 as a merger result of 13 Health Academy under the Ministry of Health of Republic Indonesia in East Java. Poltekkes Kemenkes Surabaya has 7 programs of study (majors), namely Nursing, Midwifery, Health Environment, Electro Medical Engineering, Dental Nursing, Health Analyst, Department of Nutrition.
