General Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum GPA of 3.00 from reputable Universities.
- Open for ALL MAJOR, preferably from :
- MT-ENG : Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Naval Architecture and Shipbuilding Engineering, Material Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering
- MT-HR : Psychology, Human Resource Management, Industrial Engineering
- MT-FA : Accounting, Finance Management
- MT-SM : Marketing Management
- Fresh graduated or maximum 2 years working experience.
- Maximum age of 25 years old.
- Proactive, dynamic, and highly motivated.
- Good communication and interpersonal skill.
- Involved actively in both academic and non-academic activity student organization.
