BCA Development Program (BDP) / Management Trainee
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree (S1) or Master Degree (S2)
- GPA min of 3.00 for S1 and min of 3.25 for S2 (4:00 scale)
- Maximum age 25 years old (S1) and to 27 years old for S2
- Highly motivated, strong analytical skills and systematic communication
- Drugs-free
- Not married and willing to not get married for education
- Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia
- Willing to undergo bond department after education
