Micro Mandiri Manager (MMM)

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years work experience supervising a team in achieving targets
• Have good communication skills, presentable, well mannered with high confidence
• Max age 35 years old
• Min S1
• Min 4 years experience in micro banking and 2 years as same positions
• Does not have a nuclear family (parents, brother / younger brother) in Bank Mandiri
• Mastering Microsof Office

Credit Administration Officer (CAO)

Requirements

• Min 2 years of working experience in managerial level as credit administration officer, loan officer or marketing officer
• Min 4 years experience in micro banking and 2 years as same positions
• Max age 35 years old
• Min S1
• Min 4 years experience in micro banking and 2 years as same positions
• Does not have a nuclear family (parents, brother / younger brother) in Bank Mandiri
• Mastering Microsof Office

Credit Quality Officer (CQO)

Requirements

• Min 2 years of working experience in supervision of credit process, lending monitoring, internal audit and accounting/finance
• Max age 35 years old
• Min S1
• Min 4 years experience in micro banking and 2 years as same positions
• Does not have a nuclear family (parents, brother / younger brother) in Bank Mandiri
• Mastering Microsof Office

Mikro Kredit Analis (MKA)
Frontliner (FL)

Requirements

• Male/Female with min D3 any major
• GPA min 2.75
• Max age 24 years old for fresh graduate or 26 years old for experience as frontlier or analyst
• Energetic, confident, can operate Microsof office, able to make presentations and communicate well
• Not married
• Has never participated in the selection process as Mikro Kredit Analis or Frontliner in the past 1 year
• Does not have a nuclear family (parents, brother / younger brother) in Bank Mandiri
• Master the local language
