Analis Pembiayaan Unit (APU)

Requirements:

• Male / Female, maximum age 32 years old
• Minimum D3
• Preferably have experience of at least 2 (two) years as  credit / loan officer on micro-finance
• Mastering the local language/culture
• Computer literate, min MS Office (Word and Excel).
• Preferably have a wide customer base and motor vehicles (SIM C)

Manager Unit (MU)

Requirements:

• Male / Female, maximum age 36 years old
• Minimum D3
• Preferably have of at least 2 (two) years as head of microfinance units or 3 (three) years as a Loan Officer / Marketing Officer at microfinance unit
• Mastering the local language/culture
• Experienced lead a team
• Preferably have a wide customer base and motor vehicles (SIM C)
