PT Saptaindra Sejati - SIS is the third largest modern coal mining and hauling contactor company in Indonesia. The Company provides a broad range of mining services, including drilling, exploration, contract mining and also logistical support to Indonesia’s coal mining industry. PT Saptaindra Sejati is 100% owned by PT Adaro Energy Tbk, a foremost mining company in Indonesia. The Company commenced its business in 1991 as a small subcontractor for heavy equipment in under the name of Dianlia Setyamukti. PT Saptaindra Sejati headquartered in Jakarta and supported by more than 6,000 personnel with various expertise and 850 units of heavy equipments. Based on PT Adaro Energy Tbk Annual Report 2012, PT Saptaindra Sejati reached significant performance in 2012. SIS posted total revenues in 2012 amounted to US$ 494.6 million or an increase of 16.45% from US$ 424.7 in 2011.
