The Agency is based in Jakarta and its head office situated in Jl Letjen Sutoyo N. 12  East Jakarta 13640. The Agency supported by 12 regional offices spread in all over Indonesia, situated in Yogyakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Makassar, Jakarta, Medan, Palembang, Banjarmasin, Jayapura, Denpasar, Manado, and Pekanbaru. The organizational structure of BKN comprise ofHead, Deputy Head, Main Secretariat, Deputy Field of Personnel Development, Deputy Field of Performance and Statutory Regulations, Deputy Field of Procurement, Rank, and Pensions, Deputy Field of Employement Information, Deputy Field of Employement Control, and Centers and the Inspectorate. Since May 2012, the Head of BKN is Eko Sutrisno.
