Badan Kependudukan dan Keluarga Berencana Nasional - BKKBN or The National Population and Family Planning Board is a non ministrial agency in Indonesian Government with main task to implement the government duties in the field of population control and family planning. The Agency is based in Jakarta and headquartered in Jl Permata No1 Halim Perdanakusuma Jakarta. The Head of BKKBN is Dr Sugiri Syarief MPA. In performing his tasks, Head of BKKBN is assisted by 1 Inspector, 1 Secretary and 5 deputies, namely Deputy of Advocacy, mobilization and Information, Deputy of Family Welfare and Family Empowerment, Deputy of Family Planning and Reproductive Health, Deputy of Population Control, and Deputy of Training, Reasearch and Development.
