Kabupaten Bogor - Kab Bogor or Bogor Regency is a regency of West Java situated in south of DKI Jakarta with regency capital in Cibinong. The Regency has 298,838,304 hectares of area and is administratively divided into 40 districts. Accoding to Badan Pusat Statistik 2010 Cencus, total population of Kabupaten Bogor was 4,770,744. The Regency was bordered by Tangerang Regency, Bekasi, Depok in the north, Cianjur and Karawang in the east, Sukabumi and Cianjur in the south, Lebak Banten in the west and fully encircling Bogor City. Currently, the Regent of Kabupaten Bogor is Rahmat Yasin.
