Kementerian Perumahan Rakyat Republik Indonesia - Kemenpera or the Ministry of Public Housing of Republic Indonesia is a government ministry in Indonesia which oversees the public housing affairs. The Ministry has the task to assist the President in formulating policy and coordination in the field of public housing. The Ministry is based in Jakarta and headquartered in Jl Raden Patah I No 1 Lantai 2 Wing 4 Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta. Kemenpera is chaired by the Minister of Public Housing (Menpera) under and responsible to the President of Republic Indonesia. Since 2011, the Minister of Public Housing is Djan Faridz. He is assisted by 4 deputy, namely Deputy of Finance, Deputy of Regional Development, Deputy of Sdawaya Development, Deputy of Housing Formal.
