PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk - Bank BNI (commonly known as BNI) is the fourth largest commercial banks in Indonesia with total assest of Rp333.33 trillion in 2012. The Company incorporated in 1946 by the Government of Indonesia and initially served as the central bank of Indonesia. In 1955, the Company's status changed to state-owned commercial bank. According to BNI's Latest News (posted on 25 July 2013) as cited by JobsCDC, BNI reaped Rp4.28 trillion in total net profit for the end of 1st semester of 2013, rises 30.2% from Rp3.29 trillion in same period of 2012.
