To answer the challenges of the future, PT Bank DKI are now seeking to recruit high caliber and dynamic individuals for the following challenging positions as :

Marketing (MK)

Requirements

• At least 1 year experience in the field of sales at banks, financial instittution or having marketing experience in consumer goods (preferably experienced in  micro banking
• Target oriented
• Have own vehicle and SIM C

Relationship and Collection (RC)

Requirements

• At least 1 year experience in the field of marketing or collection (preferably experienced in  micro banking
• Have a good collection skills, both soft and hard collection
• Have own vehicle and SIM C

Credit Reviewer (CR)

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as marketing in bank (preferably experienced as credit reviewer)
• Computer literate, min MS Officer (Word and Excel)
• Have own vehicle and SIM C

Area Credit Reviewer (ARC)

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as credit reviewer (preferably experienced as Area credit reviewer)
• Experienced in lead a team
• Computer literate, min MS Officer (Word and Excel)
• Max age 37 years old
• Have own vehicle and SIM C

Micro Unit Head (MUH)

Requirements

• Experienced and have a good knowledge of micro banking 
• Have a good skills in credit reviewer (micro) and also collateral apparisal
• Experienced in lead a team at least 2 years, preferably in micro banking
• Have a good negotiation and selling skills
• Have a good vision and strategy in developing unit
• Able to meet the target with good credit quality

Micro Area Head (MAH)

Requirements

• Experienced and have a good knowledge of micro banking 
• Have a good skills in credit reviewer (micro) and also collateral apparisal
• Experienced in lead a team at least 3 years, preferably in micro banking
• Have a good vision and strategy in developing area
• Able to meet the target with good credit quality

Area Collection Head (ACH)

Requirements

• At least 4 years experience in the field of collection at banks of financial institution
• Have a good collection skills, both soft and hard collection

Placements : Bandung (Code : BDG), Solo (Code : SL), Surabaya (Code : SBY), Makassar (Code : MKS), Palembang (Code : PLM), and Pekanbaru (Code : PKU)

General Requirements

1. Male/Female, min D3 all majors (preferably min S1)
2. Hard-working and do not give up
3. Have a good knowledge of risk
4. Have a good integrity
5. Have a good leadership skill
6. Max age 35 years (MK, RC, CR), 37 years old (ACR) and 40 years old (MUH, MAH, ACH)
7. Min D3, preferably S1 (MAH, MUH)
