PT Penjaminan Infrastruktur Indonesia (Persero) - PT PII or commonly known as Indonesia Infrastucture Guarantee Fund (IIGF) is a fast growing state-owned enterprise (BUMN) in Indonesia with the main business of providing services to infrastructure in Indonesia. The Company has been operating in Indonesia since 2009 and owned by the Government of Republic of Indonesia under the Ministry of Finance. The Company is based in Jakarta and headquartered in Sampoerna Strategic Square Building North Tower, 14th Floor Jl Jenderal Sudirman, Kav 45-46, Jakarta 12930. According to IIGF's latest annual report (IIGF Annual Report 2012), IIGF maintain consistency in making positive performance with posted total comprehensive income of Rp214.78 billion and maintains total assets of Rp4.96 trillion for the end of 2012.

Requirements
- MBA or MM from Overseas University in an advantage
- At least 10 years experience in investment banking, project finance, financial advisory, or infrastructute financing
- Having exposure in project or infrastucture for 3 - 5 years
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Relationship-building skills with government officers, international consultants and private sectors
- Ability to collabprate with the executive team
Requirements
- MBA or MM from Overseas University in an advantage
- Good network and experience with local and national government agencues
- At least 5 years in infrastucture project development
- Relationship-building skills with government officers and international investors
- Good liason skill with government officer and private sector
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law, overseas Master Degree in Law is preferable
- At least 5 years experience in handling corporate legal
- Strong communication skill, especially written communication
- Understanding infrasturture project )project finance) is preferable
- Good in documentation and reporting
- Bachelor's degree from reputable university
- Computer & UT Literate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in Bahasa and English
