PT Angkasa Pura Property - AngkasaPura Property is a new company in Indonesia deals with property development business with rapid business expansion and based in Jakarta. The Company provides project property with International standards. PT Angkasa Pura Property is a directly owned subsidiary company of PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero), one of the most reliable and leading state-owned airport management services company which operates in eastern part of Indonesia. In June 2013, the Company colaborated with PT Wijaya Karya Realty (a property subsidiary of Wijaya Karya) build Kondotel Jineng Tamansari Angkasa Pura Property, a condo hotel (condotel) in Bali. This Condotel build on an area of ​​1,000 m2 situated in Sunset Road Kuta, a premium and thriving business district in Bali.

To answer the challenges of the future, PT Angkasa Pura Property are currently seeking for highly qualified candidates to fill the following positions below

Legal Staff

Requirements

• Male or Female, max 35 years old
• Have experience 2 - 3 years
• Min Bachelor Degree (S1) in Law from reputable university with GPA 3.00
• Good knowledge in law, corporate, contract and drafting in field property business
• Strong analytical skill and detail oriented
• Able to work under pressure and deadlines
• Good leadership with interpersonal and effective communication skills
• Self-motivated and have positiove mind set
• Emerging ability to build relationship with line management
• Fluency both verbal and written English
• Compuetr literacy
• Willing to travel across the region/Indonesia
