PT Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia - TMMIN is the largest automaker in Indonesia. The Company is a joint venture company between  Japan’s largest automotive company Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC) and Indonesia’s diversified group PT Astra International Tbk, respectively with share ownership of 95% and 5%. The Company was established in 2001 and performing business in assembler and exporter of Toyota vehicles. The Company also engaged in spare parts manufacturer. PT Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia is based in Jakarta and its production facilities situated in Sunter Jakarta and Karawang West Java. During the first semester of 2012, Toyota production rose 79.25% to 79,161 units from 44,000 units in the first semester of 2010.

Requirements

• University Graduated, with GPA >3,00 (SCALE OF 4,00), majoring from
• Engineering (Mechanical Industrial, Electrical, Computer Science, Civil)
• Non Engineering (Accounting, Psychology, Economicand Development Studies, International Relation, Law)
• Preferably of age is max. 27 years old

Toyota New Employee Development Program D3

Requirements

• Academy Graduate, with GPA >2,75 (SCALE OF 4,00) majoring in:
• Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electro, Management Information, Civil)
• Non Engineering (Accounting, Administration, Economic, Management)
• Preferably maximum age is 25 years old

General Requirements

• Respond to challenge and have KAIZEN mind
• Strong involvement in organization activities
• Strive for excellence and high willingness to learn
• High initiative with good analysis and Teamwork
• Fluent in English both oral & written
