Lembaga Pengelola Dana Bergulir Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah - LPDB-KUMKM or commonly known as Dana Bergulir is a reputable financial institution in Indonesia with rapid busienss expansion with principal business in micro finance. The Institution was established in 2006 and formed by the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises of Republic Indonesia (Indonesian : Kementerian Koperasi dan UKM). LPDB-KUMKM is based in Jakarta and its head office is situated in Jl MT Haryono Kav 52-53 Jakarta 12770. The Institution is supported by 9 division units. During 2012, LPDB-KUMKM reported total revolving funds of Rp851.36 billion and posted management income of Rp104.6 billion for the end of December 2012.

Staf Bisnis

Requirements

• Minimum S1 preferably majoring in Economics / Engineering / Agriculture / Animal Husbandry / Business / Banking / MIPA ( Statistics / Mathematics )
• Understand the concept and mechanism of the loan funds and loan / financing
• Ability to work in a team as well as working with individual targets
• Preferably have work experience at least 3 years in the field of credit analysis at the Banking and Financial Institutions or other financial institution
• Maximum age 32 years old on 31 December 2013

Staf Manajemen Resiko

Requirements

• Minimum S1 preferably in Economics / Statistics / Banking
• Understanding the concept of Risk Management and its application
• Understanding the concept of Good Corporate Governance and its application
• Have knowledge in the field of financial services to the Cooperative and Small and Medium Enterprises ( MSME )
• Preferably have work experience at least 2 years in the field of Risk Management or Banking and other Financial Institutions

Staf Pengendalian Piutang (Collection)

Requirements

• Minimum S1 preferably in Economics / Banking / Communications
• Have a strong communication and negotiation skills
• Understanding the concept of accounts receivable control and its application
• Preferably have work experience at least 2 years in the field of Control Accounts Receivable (Collection) or Banking and other Financial Institutions

Requirements

Requirements

• Having the ability to prepare and take action with regard to monitoring and evaluation
• Preferably have work experience at least 2 years in the Banking and other financial institutions

Staf Hukum

Requirements

• Minimum S1 preferably in the field of Law
• Have the ability and knowledge to analyze an issue / case law
• Preferably have work experience at least 2 years in the Office of Notary / Lawyer / or Banking and other Financial Institutions

Staf Teknologi dan Sistem Informasi

Requirements

• Minimum S1 preferably in the field of Information Systems / Information Technology

Requirements

• Minimum S1 preferably in the field of Accounting / Taxation / Management Information Systems / Economics

• Understanding System Computer Audit Software ( CAS ) or Generalized Audit Software ( GAS )
