- Good looking, minimum height 165 cm for Male and 160 cm for Female
- Have a wide relationships and portfolio financing and third-party funds
- Able to work hard to achieve the target
- Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia

- Max age of 35 years on 30 November 2013
- Special position 4 in priority domiciled in Sintang
- For position 5 (Direct Sales):
- Max age of 26 years on 30 November 2013
