- Male/Female, max age 25 years old
- Min S1 all majors, with GPA min 2.75 (PTN) or 3.00 (PTS)
- Fresh Graduated / maximum 1 year experience
- Good looking, with min height of 165 cm for Male and 160 for Female
- Have a strong character
- Have a strong leadership and high integrity
- Have good analytical skills (AODP)
- Have a broad communication network (FODP)
