PT Perkebunan Nusantara XI (Persero) - PTPN XI is a state-owned agribusiness company in Indonesia with principal business in sugarcane plantation that produces sugar and molasses. PTPN XI is recognized as the lagest sugar producer in Indonesi with contributes approximately of 16% on sugar national productions. The Company was founded in 1996 and is fully-owned by the Government of Indonesia. PTPN XI is based in Surabaya East Java and has 2 business units, namely sugar mill business unit, and spiritus & alcohol business unit. The Company's sugar mill business units manages 16 sugar mills, situated in Ngawi, Magetan, Madiun, Pasuruan, Situbondo, Probolinggo, Bondowoso, Lumajang, and Jember. While the Company's spiritus and alcohol plant located in Lumajang under the name of PASA Djatiroto. PTPN XI also operates a sacks factory in Surabaya under the name of PK Rosella Baru.

- Minimum education S-1
- Understand the concept of HRM in general and the relationship between functions.
- Able to make the analysis of workforce needs and job competency standards.
- Willing to work full time and out of town service
- Have experience in similar projects / similar is a plus
- Able to express ideas in writing and orally
- Ability to work in a target
