PT Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia - TMMIN is the largest automotive company in Indonesia with principal business in assembler and exporter of Toyota vehicles. TMMIN also involved in spare parts manufacturer. PT Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia is a multinational joint venture company between Japan’s biggest automakers, Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC) and Indonesia’s diversified group PT Astra International Tbk, respectively with share ownership of 95% and 5%. TMMIN was formed in 2001 and its headquarters is situated in Jakarta. The Company currently operates 4 production facilities in Sunter Jakarta and Karawang West Java. In addition, the Company plans to build a new engine plant in Karawang West Java with a total investment of US$214.49 million and scheduled for operation in 2016.

To answer the challenges of the future, PT Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia are now seeking to recruit high caliber and dynamic individuals for the following challenging positions as :

NEDP (HR Area)

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Human Resource Management or Psychology.
• With GPA > 3.00 (scale of 4.00).
• Fluent in english both oral & written
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
• Applicants must be willing to work in SUNTER.
• Preferably of age is maximum 27 year old.
• Strong involvement in organizational activities.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
