Chief Engineer
Requirements:
Minimal S1 Electrical Engineering
Experience as Chief Engineer / Engineering Supervisor / Supervisor in the management of buildings ME min. 2 years or senior staff Maintenance min. 5 years
Able to analyze and provide solutions to Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing problems
Building Manager
Requirements
Male
Minimal S1 preferably from Electro background
At least 2-3 years experience as a Building Manager
Mastering the ins and outs of Building Management
Have a good leadership and relationship skills
Supervisor Housekeeping
Requirements:
Male
Minimal S1
Experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor at high rise building at least 4 years
Have a good leadership and relationship skills
Site Engineer
Requirements:
Minimum Education S1 Civil Engineering, minimum GPA of 2.75
Male, age maximum 35 years old
Mastering planning design and construction
Able to create and analyze the working drawings, RAB.
Experience as a Site Engineer in high rise construction projects of at least 2 years.
Willing to be placed throughout the area of operations.
