Estimator / QS ME

Requirements

• Minimal S1 Electrical Engineering, GPA min.2.75
• Able to read drawings and calculate detailed volume MEP work.
• Able to make the unit price analysis and work methods.
• Mastering AutoCAD, Ms. Office & Ms. Project
• Experience in handling high rise projects
• Diligent, conscientious and has a good analysis
• Willing to be placed throughout the company's operations.

Quality Control

Requirements

• Education min. S1 Civil Engineering with GPA min. 2.75.
• Male age max 35 years old.
• Experience as a quality control / managing real estate development / construction of high rise.
• Willing to be placed throughout the area of ​​operations.

Site Engineer

Requirements

• Minimum Education S1 Civil Engineering, minimum GPA of 2.75
• Male, age maximum 35 years.
• Master planning design and construction
• Able to create and analyze the working drawings, RAB.
• Experience as a Site Engineer / Engineering Manager in high-rise construction projects of at least 2 years.
• Willing to be placed throughout the area of ​​operations.

Building Manager

Requirements

• Male
• Minimal S1 preferably electro
• 2-3 years experience as a Building Manager
• Have a good knowledge of Building Management
• Have a good leadership and relationship skills

Chief Engineer

Requirements

• Minimal S1 Electrical Engineering
• Experience as Chief Engineer / Engineering Supervisor / Supervisor in the management of buildings ME min. 2 years or senior staff Maintenance min. 5 years
