- Min 3 years experience in Central Java and East Java
- Education min D3/S1
- At least 5 - 7 years of working experience in the field of roads and bridges (1 s/d 8 and 9)
- Able to lead the project team
- Have a valid LPJK certificate or other certificate of expertise
