The Company is sole agent (ATPM) of Honda Motorcycle in Indonesia and is a multinational joint venture company between PT Astra International Tbk (Indonesia) and Honda Motor Company Ltd (Japan), respectively with share ownership of 50% and 50%. At present, PT Astra Honda Motor has 3 production facilities (Sunter, Pegangsaan, Cikarang) with a total production capacity of 4.3 million units per year. In 2013, AHM build its fourth factory in Cikarang West Java with total investation of US$340 million.
