Litigation Manager (In House Lawyer)
Requirements
- Graduate of a reputable University majoring in Law (Postgraduate preferred)
- Minimum 10 (ten) years experiences in Litigation work for Litigation Manager and Minimum 3 (three) years experiences for Litigation Officer
- Having experience in Banking or Insurance Industry is preferred
- Knowledgeable in various litigation assignments covering multiple levels of courts
- Experiences in drafting & preparing legal opinions & assisting or accompanying company during legal proceedings
- Possess an Advocate License from PERADI
- Excellent command in English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Excellent analytical & conceptual thinking
- Good personality, positive attitude and team player
- Committed to continued professional learning in line with dynamic legal regulations locally and globally

- As a Programmer, have a good knowledge in
- Proficient web programming such as PHP, HTML, Java script
- AS400 RPG ILE is preferred
- Mobile Programming
- Database Programming (db2, sql, mysql)
- As a System Analyst, experienced as a programmer who did the analysis and design of information technology systems that refers to the company's business process
- Able to work in a teams
- Able to work under pressure and tight schedule
- Able to speak English active orally and in writing
