Marketing Unit (MKU)	Marketing Training Program (SMART TP)
Min SMA/SMK or equivalent Max age 32 years old At least 1 year of experience as sales/marketing at micro finance institution (BPR, cooperative and Multi Finance) Mastering local language and culture Familiar with Word and Excel programs Have a good communication skill Honest, discipline and target oriented Have personal vehicle and license (SIM C) Preferable have customer data base	Min SMA/SMK or equivalent Max age 32 years old At least 1 year experience as sales/marketing at manufacture or consumer good Mastering local language and culture Familiar with Word and Excel programs Have a good communication skill Honest, discipline and target oriented Have personal vehicle and license (SIM C) Willing to follow the education and training programs outside the city
