PT Pertamina Hulu Energi West Madura Offshore - Pertamina Hulu Energi WMO or PHE WMO is oil and gas company in Indonesia with major business in exploration and exploitation of West Madura Offshore (WMO) block. PHE WMO is an affiliate company of PT Pertamina (Persero) through PT Pertamina Hulu Energi. The Company been operating in WMO block since 2011. PHE WMO controls 80 % of participating interest (PI) in West Madura Offshore block. Other 20% remaining PI was owned by Kodeco Energy Ltd. In June 2012, To increase its production to 30,000 barrels per day, Pertamina Hulu Energi WMO built 3 platforms in WMO block amounted to US$19 million. According to PT Pertamina (Persero) Annual Report 2012 as cited by JobsCDC.com, PHE WMO posted total production of 9,319 BOPD of oil and 110 MMSCFD of gas for the end of December 2012.

To answer the challenges of the future, PT Pertamina Hulu Energi West Madura Offshore are currently seeking for highly qualified candidates to fill the following positions

Project HSE Lead (PHE WMO Jakarta)
Department: Project – Operation

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum of 15 years experience in the practice of Safety Systems implementation inclusive of at least 7 years in Safety Engineering Management in Project
• Skills competencies related to:
• Safe Work Practices
• Work Permit Procedure
• Emergency Response Procedure
• Fire Prevention and Control
• Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment
• Indonesia Occupational and Safety regulation
• Applicable International Standards
• Language Proficiency – Good in English and Indonesian Language
• Microsoft Office, Windows-based PC applications

Attorney (PHE WMO Jakarta)
Department: Legal

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor s degree in Law.
• Minimum 5 years experience with previous channeling to respective Government agencies (SKKMigas, Migas, Etc.)
• Basic Knowledge in SKK Migas Regulations or PTK 007
• Good communication & negotiation skills
• Language Proficiency – Good in English both written & speaking
• Office Computer standard skill
