Manajer Unit (MU)
Requirements
- Male/Female, min D3 and max age 36 years old
- Preferably experienced as unit leader in micro finance at least 2 years or as financing analyst/marketing in micro finance at least 3 years
- Have a good leadership skill and able to manage a team
- Mastering local language and culture
- Preferably have customer base and personal vehicle (SIM C)
Requirements
- Male/Female, min D3 and max 32 years old
- Preferably experienced as analyst or credit/load officer in micro finance at least 2 years
- Mastering local language and culture
- Familiar with MS Office application (Word and Excel)
- Preferably have customer base and personal vehicle (SIM C)
Requirements
- Male/Female, min SMA/SMK, and max age 32 years old
- At least 1 year of experience as sales/marketing at micro finance institution (BPR, cooperative and Multi Finance)
- Mastering local language and culture, honest, target oriented and familiar with computer
- Preferably have customer base and personal vehicle (SIM C)
Requirements
- Male/Female, min SMA/SMK, and max age 32 years old
- At least 1 year of experience as sales/marketing at manufacture or consumer good companies
- Mastering local language and culture, communicative, honest, discipline, and target oriented
- Preferably have customer base and personal vehicle (SIM C)
- Willing to follow the education and training programs outside the city
