Description
- To supervise and support the Order Processor in delivering their responsibility.
- To monitor the integrity of SAP output to ensure no information error.
- To get supply plan from Sourcing countries for 13weeks rolling forecast and ask reason for any deviation between supply and demand
- To communicate the supply plan to Local team
- To attend periodic teleconference with Customers
- To maintain and monitor SAP master data related with Import product
- Responsible on PO creation and PO submission for Import SKU
- Coordinate document collection for import and ensure all document ready as per standard lead time
- Responsible on distribution of Import SKU from port till import warehouse
- To minimized potential business waste occurred such as : demurrage due to late document submission.
- To manage, report and ensure stock projection is achieved as per target
Description
- To supervise and support the Order Processor in delivering their responsibility.
- To monitor the integrity of SAP output to ensure no information error.
- To confirm supply plan together with Order processor team for 13wks rolling forecast and inform customers should any deviation between forecast vs. supply.
- To coordinate finding best solution with related ULI team (Supply Planning, Manufacturing, Development, QC, Commercial) when there is a deviation to the operation normality such as potential delayed delivery, sudden demand from the Customer etc.
- To held a periodic teleconference with Customers as stated in the ISA, Annex G.
- To ensure complain from Customers are followed up and responded by the ULI team.
- To answer Customer inquiries.
- To coordinate with Local team for new Innovation project related with Regional Sourcing Project
- To maintain and monitor SAP master data maintenance for New Innovation Project on time
- To confirm Customer’s Annual volume or any ad hoc /temporary volume based on Factory confirmation.
- To support any business case required for new project or new Innovation project.
- To minimized potential business waste occurred such as : Air freight or excess material or FG.
- To manage, report and ensure stock projection is achieved as per target
