Chevron Indonesia Company - Chevron is a local subsidiary of US energy giant Chevron Corporation. Chevron has been active since 1924 in Indonesia and started its exploration activities in Central of Sumatera. In Indonesia, Chevron is based in Jakarta and operates in partnership with SKK Migas (the Special Task Force for Upstream Oil and Gas Business Activities Republic of Indonesia) through production-sharing contracts (PSCs). Chevron having operational areas in Central Sumatera (Rokan and Siak blocks), and offshore East Kalimantan (Mahakam Delta and the West Seno in Makassar Straits). Chevron also running business in geothermal energy with total investation more than US $ 1 billion. At present, Chevron’s renewable geothermal operations have a capacity to produce 1,273 megawatts of geothermal energy.

In order to strengthen its geothermal operations, Chevron Indonesia Company now is seeking the candidates who are interested to learn and gaining hands-on experience in energy business as follow

Reservoir Engineer (Ext-236/PE/RG/CGS/GPO/2013)

Requirements

• Education Level : S1 / D4 majoring in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering (Power), Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum GPA 3.00
• Minimum Relevant Experience : 0 year(s)
• Have interest to Geothermal operations
• Have significant experience in modeling and simulation of geothermal reservoirs
• Have knowledge of simulation software, such as TOUGH, MULKOM and or CHEERS
• Fluent in verbal and written communication: English & Bahasa
• Flexible and open minded
• Able to demonstrate the highest standard of integrity and ethical conduct in all business dealings and to builds and maintains trust, respects and supports others
• Strive to earn the trust of colleagues and partner
• Strong in seeking learning activities
• Able to establish effective relationships with multicultural people in diverse organization
• Have willingness to be relocated to Chevron operations locations (West Java, Riau or East Kalimantan)
