PT Indonesia Chemical Alumina - ICA is a reputable Chemical Grade Alumina (CGA) manufacturing company in Indonesia which is already established since 2007. PT Indonesia Chemical Alumina is an alumina project joint venture company between state mining firm PT Aneka Tambang (Persero) Tbk and Japanese Showa Denko KK (SDK), respectively with share ownership of 80% and 20%. PT Indonesia Chemical Alumina having production facilities in Tayan, Sanggau Regency of West Kalimantan. ICA's plant is recognized as the first Chemical Grade Alumina plant in South East Asia and currently is under construction process by a consortium of EPC Engineering of Japan and Indonesia. Construction of the plant started in first quarter of 2011 and scheduled for completion in December 2013. The plant is expected to produce 300,000 tons of chemical grade alumina per year.

HR-Remuneration & Industrial Relation Staff (RIR)

Requirements

• Min Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Management or Social Science from reputable university, min GPA 2.75 (Scale 4.00)
• Max age 35 years old
• Have a good understanding of remuneration and industrial concepts, as well as experienced in the field of HR Operation/HR Admin at least 2 years
• Have a strong communication skills, both in English or Bahasa
• Responsible for his/her job
• Honest, hard workers and independent
• Able to work under pressure and target
• Willing to be placed in site Tayan, Senggau West Kalimantan
