PT Nusantara Regas - NR is a joint venture company between national oil company of Indonesia PT Pertamina (Persero) and national
gas company of Indonesia PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (Persero) Tbk (PGN), with a share ownership composition with 60% of Pertamina and 40% of PGN. The Company is already established since 2010 and running business in operation and development Floating Storage and Regasification Terminal (FSRT) facilities, including LNG purchasing and marketing of FSRT operation and related business. PT Nusantara Regas posted total net revenues in 2012 amounted to USD 616.05 million and net income of USD 20.82 million, according to PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (Persero) Tbk Annual Report 2012 as cited by JobsCDC.com.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) majoring in Law, preferably Master's Degree (S2) majoring in Law
- At least 7 years experience in the legal field (non-litigation), such as contract analysis, drafting of contracts, giving legal opinions, negotiations and other related work, especially in the areas of business and commercial law.
- A minimum grade point average of 2.75 (for PTN) or 3.00 (for PTS)
- Able to work independently with minimum supervisionFluent in English both orally and in writing
