PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (Persero) Tbk - PGN is Indonesia’s national gas corporation which is partly owned by the government. The Goverment of Indonesia holds 56.97% stakes in PGN and other remaining shares was owned by public. PGN running business in  transportation and distribution of natural gas. PGN is already established since 1965 and headquartered in Jakarta. At present, PGN has 4 strategic business units (SBU), include SBU Region I Western Java Office, SBU Region II Eastern Java Office, SBU Region II Northern Sumatera Office, and SBU Sumatera-Java Transmission Office. PGN also supported by 7 subsidiaries, namely PT PGAS Telekomunikasi Nusantara (100%), PT Saka Energi Indonesia (100%), PT Gagas Energi (100%), PT PGAS Solution (100%), PT PGN LNG Indonesia (100%), PT Transportasi Gas Indonesia (60%), and PT Nusantara Regas (40%).

Kepala Divisi Keuangan Perusahaan

Requirements

• Level vice president
• Male/Female
• Bachelor Degree (S1) in relevant field
• Have a good command in English both oral and written
• At least 10 years of working experience in the company which manage the field of finance, investment, insurance and corporate financing
• Have a strong relationship in money and capital markets
• Have a good analytical skills in the field risk, corporate finance, managing corporate investment portofolio
• Able to plan and manage the company's financial
