PT Toyota Astra Motor - TAM is the national automobile giant company which is already established since 1971. TAM running business in a sole agent of all Toyota brand in Indonesia, including distribution and after-sales service of Toyota's cars. PT Toyota Astra Motor is a multinational joint venture between Indonesian diversified conglomerate PT Astra International Tbk and Japan's biggest automaker Toyota Motor Corporation, respectively with share ownership of 51% and 49%. Today, TAM is supported by 5 main dealers, namely Astra Toyota Sales Operation (Auto200), PT New Ratna Motor (Nasmoco), PT Hasjrat Abadi, PT Agung Automall, and NV Hadji Kalla Trd Co. According to PT Astra International Tbk Annual Report 2012 as cited by JobsCDC.com, Toyota controls 36.4% market shares in Indonesian automotive markets. Toyota was able to expand sales by 30.5% from 311,136 units in 2011 to 406,026 units in 2012.

SDP - Staff Development Program

Requirements

• D3 majoring in Administration, Management, Accounting and All engineering background
• GPA > 3.00 ; Age max. 25 years old; D3
• Preficiency in the English language (written and verbal)
• Familiar with Microsoft Office
• Preferable those with organizational experience

ODP - Officer Development Program

Requirements

• S1/S2 majoring in, Management, Accounting, Marketing, Mathematic/Statistic, Business Administration, Economy Study, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Informatic Engineering
• GPA > 3.00 ; Age max. 27 years old; S1/S2
• Preficiency in the English language (written and verbal)
• Familiar with Microsoft Office
• Preferable those with organizational experience
