Public Relation Analyst (PR - A27)

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree from Public Relation
• Fresh graduate or max. 2 year of experience
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Attention to detail
• Creative & innovative

ESR Analyst (ESR - A27)

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree from Industrial /Electrical / Architectural Engineering
• Fresh graduate or max. 1 year of experience
• Have a special/highly interest working in Environment, Health, Safety & Social Responsibility (EHS & SR) field
• Actively involve in organizational activities
• Good analytical thinking

Training Analyst (TRA - A27)

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree form Business Management / Industrial Engineering / Psychology / Management
• Fresh graduate or max 2 years work
• Have strong passion in People development
• Required skill(s) Technical competencies (instructional design, consultation skills, presentation skills, IT literate and fluent in English), Non technical competencies (conceptual and systematic thinking, business acumen, interpersonal and communication skill, learning ability/fast learner).

Performance & Reward Management (PRM - A27)

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree from Management / Industrial / Mechanical Engineering
• Fresh graduate or Experienced max 2 years work
• Eagerness to learn
• Good interpersonal and communication skilll
• Customer oriented
• Attention to detail
• Good analytical thinking
