Business Alliance (Small Banking Division)

Requirements:

• Minimum education S1, with minimum GPA of 2.75 (accreditation A),
• Maximum age 35 years old
• At least 2 years of rxperienced in the field of customer relationship in the bank or public relations, or commercial finance at the same level positions
• Computer literate, minimum MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Visio)
• Having marketing and fianacial skill, concept management, risk management, product knowledge, and have problem solving and negotiation skills
• Understand the types of legal agreements and agreement process,
• Active in the organization
• Able to speak English active and passive

Officer Product Development (Small Banking Division)

Requirements:

• Minimum education S1, with minimum GPA of 2.75 (accreditation A),
• Maximum age 35 years old
• At least 2 years of experience in the field of small financing / served in the same field / as an Account Officer
• Computer literate (word, excel, power point)
• Having knowledge of this concept, and knowledge about the products and innovation
• Have the ability to problem solving, preparation of end-to-end process, presentation, communication, negotiation, and good marketing
• Active in the organization
• Able to speak English active and passive.
