PT Mandiri Tunas Finance - PT MTF or more popularly called Mandiri Tunas Finance is Jakarta based automotive multifinace company with rapid business expansion. Mandiri Tunas Finance was first established in 1989 as PT Tunas Financindo Corporation. PT Mandiri Tunas Finance was launched in 2008. PT MTF is a joint veture company between the country's largest state-owned bank in assets PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk and a publicly listed automotive distributor PT Tunas Ridean Tbk, respectively with share ownership of 51% and 49%. As of December 2012, Mandiri Tunas Finance operates 68 office networks spread in all over Indonesia. During the financial year of 2012, the Company maintain consistency in making positive performance marked by booked total net profit of Rp 116.5 billion, up 77% from Rp65.7 billion in 2011, according to PT Mandiri Tunas Finance Annual Report 2012 as cited by JobsCDC.com.

Fleet Account Officer - Surabaya (Code : FAO - SBY)
Requirements
- Min S1 from reputable university with GPA min 3.00
- Max age 30 years old
- Have a good interpersonal skill
- Able to read and analyze financial statements
- Mastering MS Office (Excel, Power Point, etc), including making and doing presentations
- Able to work in a team, work with target and high motivation
- Have a diligent working attitude, persistent and fast learner
Requirements
- S1 Psychology, max age 30 years old
- At least 1 year of working experience at psychology bureau / experienced in assessment and recruitment process
- Willing to be stationed in all MTF Regional Offices
- Able to conduct interviews
- Able to make a brief report of psychology
- Have a good communication skill
- Familiar with recruitment media recruitment sourcing (Jobstreet, Linked in, etc)
- Willing to work immediately
