- Male/Female, age maximum 27 years old
- Minimum S1 degree from reputable university, majoring in Economy
- Minimum GPA 2.75 (in scale of 4)
- Minimum TOEFL Score 450
- Pleasant personality, well presented and good communication
- Computer literate (Spread sheet, Word)
- Good command in English both oral and written
- Willing to learn and work under pressure
