PT Telekomunikasi Selular - Telkomsel is the largest mobile phone operator in Indonesia. The Company has more than 18 years of experience in providing mobile telecommunications and digital data services to its 125.15 million subscribers in Indonesia. Telkomsel's networks covering 95% of the population of Indonesia with more than 54,297 Base Transceiver Stations (BTS). At present, PT Telekomunikasi Selular is controlled by state-owned telecommunications giant PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Persero) Tbk with 65% shares ownership. Other remaining shares was owned by Singapore telecommunications giant Singapore Telecom Mobile Pte Ltd (35%). According to Telkomsel Annual Report 2012 as cited by JobsCDC.com, Telkomsel posted Rp54.5 trillion in the total revenues, rises 12% from Rp48.7 trillion in 2011.

Telkomsel Trainee Program

General  Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Fresh Graduate
• Maximum age is 26 years old
• Have a GPA score min 3.0 (scale 4.0)

Available Positions :

1. Digital Business – Trainee : Educational background from Management/ Marketing Management/ Business/Industrial Engineering/Telecommunication/ Informatics Engineering, Love social media, great passion in digital business, having 1 year experience with relevant tasks will be an advantage.
2. Account Management – Trainee : Educational background from Management/ Marketing Management/ Business/ Industrial Engineering, have a good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, having 1 year experience with relevant tasks will be an advantage.
3. Sales Marketing – Trainee : Educational background from Management / Marketing Management/ Business, Communication/ Industrial Engineering/ Informatics Engineering, Great passion in sales and marketing.
4. Legal – Trainee : Educational background from Legal Major, having 1 year experience with relevant tasks will be an advantage.
5. Finance – Trainee : Educational background from Accounting/ Financial Management
