General Requirements

• Min Bachelor's Degree (S1) from all majors (minimum final year students)
• Have passion in broadcast industry
• Have a desire to develop themselves
• Creative, Flexible, dynamic, and love challenges
• Able to work independently as well as a team
• Communicative, and have a good interperseonal skills
