PT ASABRI (Persero) - ASABRI is a reputable state-owned social insurance company in Indonesia and is fully-owned by the Government of Republic of Indonesia. ASABRI running business in social insurance and implementing pension payments for members of TNI, POLRI and the Civil Servants (PNS) in the Ministry of Defense (Kemhan). PT ASABRI (Persero) was established in 1971 and headquartered in Jakarta. At present, the Company operates 12 branch offices, 12 supporting branch officees, 1 Central Service Unit and 1 Specific Service Unit across the archipelago. ASABRI’s performance in 2012 improved over the previous year, according to ASABRI Annual Report 2012 as cited by JobsCDC.com. The Company revenue in 2012 reached Rp 1.73 trillion with 10.85% increase compared to 2011 which was Rp1.56 trillion.

Administration Requirements
- Indonesian Citizen (WNI)
- Members / Retired Military / Police a minimum rank of Lieutenant Colonel (Letkol).
- Have a good health (physical and spiritual)
- Minimum age 50 years as of December 2013, preferably new retirement for 1 year
- Willing to early retirement for active members of Military/Police
- Not been dismissed "with no respect"
- Not located as a member and / or political party officials
- Computer literate
- Minimum S1 from accredited major or SESKO graduate
- Preferably have managerial experience at least 3 years
- Have a good leadership skill
- Able to build good relationships with relevant partners
- Understanding the laws and regulations related to insurance companies, financial statements and employment
- Have integrity, good self-control and extensive knowledge
- Able to understand the company's business processes
