PT Pertamina Hulu Energi West Madura Offshore - Pertamina Hulu Energi WMO or known as PHE WMO is a reputable energy firm, running business in exploration and exploitation of West Madura Offshore (WMO) block. PHE WMO is a member of national oil company PT Pertamina (Persero) through its upstream subsidiary PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE). In WMO block, Pertamina Hulu Energi WMO maintains 80% of participating interest (PI) and other remaining was owned by Kodeco Energy Ltd. To increase oil production to 30,000 barrels per day, PHE WMO built 3 platforms in WMO block in June 2012 with total investation of US$19 million.  According to PT Pertamina (Persero) Annual Report 2012 as cited by JobsCDC.com, PHE WMO posted total production of 9,319 BOPD of oil and 110 MMSCFD of gas for the end of December 2012.

Vendor Management & Local Content Specialist ( SC-01-14 )

Requirements

• Min. bachelor’s degree in any disciplines, preferably Engineering or Economic
• Minimum 5 years of experiences in handling procurement activities (goods/services) in oil and gas industry and applying government procurement guidelines or in handling procurement activities in non-oil and gas industry
• Preferably having experiences in creating and developing simple tools in Excel/Microsoft Access/Visual Basic applications
• Having technical competencies in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Core HSES, Corporate Control and Governance, and General Management
• Preferably having leadership skill
• Good command in English (verbal and written)
