PT Terminal Petikemas Surabaya - TPS or Surabaya Terminal Container is Surabaya based port terminal operator which was founded in 1999. TPS running business in container terminal services in Tanjung Perak Port Surabaya, including discharge, loading, receiving, delivery, and freight station services. PT Terminal Petikemas Surabaya is majority owned by state-owned port operator PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) with 50.5% share ownership. Other remaining shares was owned by Australian P&O Dover. Ltd (49%) and Koperasi Pegawai Pelindo III (0.5%). During 2012, TPS recorded increased operational performance, according to tor PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) Annual Report 2012 as cited by JobsCDC.com. TPS recorded container traffic of 984,178 boxes or 103% from the 2012 target of 958,893 boxes.

Container Crane Assistant Manager
Requirements
- Minimum University (S1) degree majoring in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Maximum age 40 years old and at least 5 years successful experienced in maintenance management of utility heavy equipment
- Preferably Manager/Assistant Managers specializing in Maintenance/Repair (Port Heavy Equipment Maintenance) or equivalent
- In-dept knowledge of maintenance and repair, total productive management (TPM), and ISO procedure
- High integrity and high achievement motivation
- Good communication skill verbal and written
- Good project management knowledge and team work skills
- Familiar in computer applications and proficient in English both oral and written
- Applicants must be willing to work in Surabaya
