General Requirements

• Minimum GPA 2.90
• Maximum age 27 years-old
• Demonstrated good command in English, both verbal and written (preferably those with TOEFL score min. 450)
• Willing to be placed in ADM's plant / factory in Jakarta, Karawang, or Cibitung
• Willing to work with shifting system (day/night)
• Computer literate (minimum familiar with Ms Office)
• Having extensive experience in organization is an advantage
• Exhibit good leadership & interpersonal skill
• Interested in automotive industry
