Training Analyst

Requirements :

• Bachelor or Master degree in Psychology/ Business/ Management major.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in leadership training.
• Excellent leadership management, communication, and interpersonal skill.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to work effectively and interact with people from diverse backgrounds.

SSLO Head (System Service Level Operation)

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree.
• At least 8 years of working experience including 3 years leading IT-Operations
• Possess strong in application business improvement, strong analytical thinking, probelem solver.
• Expert in technology, IT-Operation systems, Data Center, SAP and Hardware
